Mississippi Rifle with stunning Rebel Relics eye appeal. This Mississippi Rifle has a factory turned down barrel alteration. The condition of this rifle is awesome and no doubt "IMO" Southern used during the War. There are at least two names scratched carved on the stock. I little looking around and probably another name or initials. This Model 1841 Mississippi Rifle has the wear and usage of a John J. Rebel carried firearm. This is part of a large firearms collection I just received. I love the brass hardware and the patina is killer. Action works as it should, and lock plate marks are good.
