Confederate First Model Griswold Revolver serial number 1389. This Confederate First Model Griswold Revolver has matching serial numbers, including the wedge. All Confederate Revolvers are scare and the most sought after of all American Civil War Relics, in my opinion. This Confederate First Model Griswold Revolver has nice working action and mechanically sound. I have carefully disassembled this .36 caliber National Treasure and internal parts have matching assembly numbers. The Griswold Factory Records have this Confederate Revolver being manufactured in the Summer of 1863 in Atlanta, Georgia.

John Sexton has written a 22-page report on this Confederate First Model Griswold Revolver. I added a few pages of his excellent report. His report has me wanting to keep this awesome Confederate Revolver. Serious buyers contact me for more information.
