Confederate Atlanta Arsenal Cavalry Sword with original wood scabbard. This Confederate Atlanta Arsenal Cavalry Sword displays great. The hilt has a beautiful "REBEL BRASS" patina. I love that reddish rebel brass patina. The blade is full length with all the Southern Forging flaws we love. The leather and wire grip are original and in wonderful condition. The hilt is tight and the peen is undisturbed. The original wood scabbard has been painted at some point in history. The hardware on this scabbard may have had some restoration or restored. I do not see casting flaws on the brass sword hanger bands. I am 100% sure the wood is original. This Confederate Atlanta Arsenal Cavalry Sword displays great and Rebel Relics priced.
