The Japanese Navy Kai-Gunto Sword is one of my favorite Japanese Military Swords of World War II. They are actually scarce on the market. many of these swords I imagine went down with the ships.

I am moving fast this morning. I did not take the handle off but, this blade does not look to be an old Samurai blade. I am sure this is a World War Two Era Blade. This is a solid Japanese Navy Sword with no apologies and needs a new caretaker.
