Civil War Ames Saber fresh to the shop. This Civil War Ames Saber is no doubt a survivor of the local Battle of Franklin and Nashville. Tax Time always brings a few Farm Fresh Rebel Relics out of the bushes. This Model 1860 Ames Cavalry Saber is untocuhed and could use a little oil wipe. The original scabbard is very nice. The original leather and wire are reporting for duty. The grip is little salty but, no doubt from actual usage in battle. Awesome sword waiting for your mantle or War Room.
