Civil War Spencer Rifle cut down for faster lighter killing. This Civil War Spencer Rifle has a nice action and wonderful bore. I love these "lived two lives" antique firearms. This rifle more than likely gave John J. Rebel lead poisoning then sent West to genocide Native Americans. Somewhere along the way this Spencer Rifle was liberated. The stock was cut down for faster quieter killing. Sling swivels removed and stock cut back. Still has loading tube and rear site. Nice barrel address and crisp action. Maybe used to kill buffalo or antipersonnel on the Wild West.
