General Nathan Bedford Forrest Large Albumen. This General Nathan Bedford Forrest Albumen is in very good condition. It was originally purchased by my consignor from Mr. Gary Hendershott. I have added Gary's listing in the images. This Albumen is clear and the detail in his face is stunning. The only adjective that comes to mind is "BAD ASS". Look into his eyes and it's easy to see how he scares people from the grave. I cannot imagine a better centerpiece in any Civil War Relics Collection. If no layaway, I will sharpen the Rebel Relics Pencil with Southern Steel. Gary's write up states this General Nathan Bedford Forrest picture is the only known large albumen. He also states the image was taken from life in Nashville, Tennessee.
