Civil War Relics Boyle Gamble Flat Blade Sword

SOLD

Civil War Relics Boyle Gamble Flat Blade Sword with Rebel Relics Strong Attic Condition.  This Civil War Relics Boyle Gamble Flat Blade Sword is untouched and free from modern hands.  I love this Confederate Sword and the brass hilt is Southern Sand Casting Perfect.  You can see that Rebel Brass just has it’s patina.  This Civil War Relics Boyle Gamble Flat Blade Sword is unique as it has no fuller or groove in the middle of the blade.

This Civil War Relics Boyle Gamble Flat Blade Sword was in this metal scabbard when it surfaced.  This Civil War Relics Boyle Gamble Flat Blade Sword is fresh to the market.  Please check out the leather and wire pictures.  Boyle & Gamble used single strand brass/copper wire.  Notice the sand casting on the face of the hilt.  That same sand casting with rough finish shows up on the regular blade Confederate Cavalry Swords made by B&G too.  The scabbard is an American made 1840 scabbard.  The fit is beyond perfect.  No doubt they were married but the marriage is beautiful.  You can turn the sword upside down and they stick together.  Easy to pull the sword out but when inside locked in for a perfect fit.  I believe these two got married during the War of Northern Aggression.  Originally this sword may have had a leather scabbard.  I can see John J. Rebel wanting a solid metal scabbard.

This Civil War Relics Boyle Gamble Flat Blade Sword is Rebel Relics Priced.  This Bad Boy also gets The Nashville Rebel Two Thumbs Up Award.  I guarantee you will cherish this Ole Rebel Relics War Horse.  It’s seen the elephant but survived and ready for the next go around.  I truly love attic fresh civil war relics with no apologies, no restoration, no “BS”, no jacked up price, no sketchy identification, and Rebel Relics Priced.  Let out an Ole Rebel Yell and enjoy the pictures.
