Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife

Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife with original leather sheath.  This Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife is absolutely one of the best D-Guards you will ever have a chance to own.  The spear point blade is over 19″ inches long.  The overall length is roughly 24 1/2″ inches long.  You will search long and hard to find an authentic Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife with larger blade.  This Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife has a stunning bone handle.  This Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife screams Western Theater to me.  I can close my eyes and see some Rebel Solider from Tennessee, Mississippi, or Texas holding this Stud.  The spear point blade was crafted from a file.  There is still a few file teeth visible near the guard.  The blade is in near mint condition with unbelievable eye appeal.  The bone handle has picture perfect patina and secured with a square capstan nut.  The guard is classic Confederate D-Guard design with turned up quillon.  This Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife has it’s original sheath.  A Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife with it’s original sheath is more rare than a honest politician.  This sheath is in very good condition with some loose stitching towards the end.  The end of the scabbard has some lose but solid.  The belt loop is missing in action.  My guess this is why this Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife survived.

If you collect awesome Civil War Relics this is your Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife.  I Rebel Guarantee you will cherish this Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife.  It will Walk Tall in any collection and worthy of being called a Rebel National Treasure.  I love bone and crown antler bowie knives.  This Confederate D Guard Bowie Knife has all the romantic manliness I love in a knife.  I truly can see me “right now” defending our Southern Heritage and Monuments with this Confederate D-Guard.  The Southern Man is unlike any other man in any other culture.  I hope we never forget our Forefathers that carried these weapons.  God Bless the South.
