Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver

Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver with strong Rebel Relics condition.  This is one beautiful Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver.  This is one of the many products of Thomas Leech and Charles Rigdon.  In my Rebel opinion, this is the cream of the Rebel Crop in Confederate Revolvers.  The Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver was copied from the Colt Navy Model 1851 Revolver.  Leech & Rigdon made many swords, bowies, and revolvers.  The Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver having an octagon to round barrel like the dragoon revolvers.  Which I am sure was done due to Yankees invading on the double quick.  I am thinking a round barrel is quicker to produce than the octagon.  The Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver is .36 caliber with brass back strap and trigger guard.  These six shot Yankee Slayers are all similar with only minor changes.  This Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver has one of the best firm stampings you will ever see.  The “LEECH & RIGDON CSA” is fantastic.  The original walnut grips are truly awesome and the fit is as tight as any Colt Revolver.

The side of the frame of this Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver has the four square dots.  These are inspector’s or assembler’s marks and sometimes a letter is used instead.  The original wedge with matching serial number is still present.  The loading lever is original and also has correct serial number.  There is even some original finish hiding here and there.  This Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver even has it’s original leather holster.  The holster looks as Rebel as any holster I ever seen.  The fit is perfect and all the wear lines up perfect.  This Leech and Rigdon Confederate Revolver will stand tall in any collection and no upgrade ever needed.  Confederate Revolvers are one of the most iconic of all Antique Firearms.  Civil War Relics just don’t get better than Rebel Relics.  Yell at a Rebel if this one has you doing The Rebel Relics Strut.  Just one more World Famous Rebel Relics Instant Classic.

Civil War Relics is one of the very few hobbies where you can collect, have fun, learn, touch history, and if purchased wisely make money.  Civil War Relics are an investment with the bonus of enjoying the items while they grow in value.  Like any investment, you must buy from a knowledgeable seller that has left some “meat on the bone”.  I sell Civil War Relics with plenty of meat on the bone.  I do not sell many identified artifacts unless I have plenty of documentation to back up the identification.  I do sometimes pass on the oral history of an artifact.  I do not charge for oral history and you can choose to believe the history or not.  I sell Civil War Relics and not oral history.  I guarantee all my Civil War Relics to be what I say they are period.  I do not offer reproductions on Rebel Relics.  All my Civil War Relics have been vetted and are true authentic Civil War Relics.  Buy with confidence at Rebel Relics that you have a quality artifact at a below market price point.  I know everyone has their favorite Civil War Relics Guru. I am not trying to steal you away or be your exclusive provider of Civil War Relics.  I am just putting my business guarantee out here for all to see.  The words of Rebel are like the words of Ten Bears.  There is iron in these words for all to see and read.  Thank you for your support and keep your powder dry.  Done the Trail friends.
