Yankee Carved Civil War Bullet

Yankee Carved Civil War Bullet excavated in Dalton, Georgia.  This bullet was excavated in a Yankee Campsite.  Not sure what was on that Yankee’s mind when he was carving.  This was originally a British Enfield Bullet used in the Pattern 1853 British Enfield Musket.  These rifled muskets were imported and used by the Blue and Gray.  This bullet was part of a recent collection that I purchased straight from the digger.  A Yankee Carved Civil War Bullet is a cool Civil War Relic and this one ready for action.  I will leave the design of this Yankee Carved Civil War Bullet to the buyer.
